Leading the Pack in Mission and Service
Austin Addington became a firefighter to apply his problem-solving skills in service of others during emergencies and disaster response efforts. After witnessing canine teams in action during a deployment following Hurricane Helene, he developed a strong interest in the canine program. He recently paired with search dog Raya as part of his continued commitment to emergency response and rescue operations.
Arc Aspicio is proud to sponsor this team as part of our longstanding partnership with the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation. This milestone is more than just a donation; it represents the heartbeat of a company culture that views service not as a corporate checkbox, but as a professional obligation.
Giving back is a core tenet of how Arc Aspicio provides Government solutions. By maintaining year-round community partnerships and dedicated leadership for engagement efforts, we create a bridge between the consulting world and the citizens our Federal clients serve every day.
Local Impact and Lasting Connections
Last year, Arc Aspicio collaborated with nine local organizations, including Women Giving Back and the Humane Rescue Alliance. Among the many mission areas we support, these partnerships help provide clothing for families in crisis and support animal welfare across the DC area. Our momentum continues this year through new initiatives with Latinas Leading Tomorrow and Junior Achievement, focused on supporting the growth, mentorship, and education of students throughout the DC and Arlington areas.
A Culture Defined by Action
Action is built into the employee experience at Arc Aspicio. Every consultant receives eight hours of dedicated volunteer time annually to support causes they care about. Beyond our direct service opportunities, employees also engage in fundraising efforts that extend the value of our work outside the office. This investment in people pays dividends in morale and teamwork. Whether it is through donation-based happy hours or the high-stakes company fantasy football league—where last year’s winner secured a dominant 12-2 record—the team finds ways to connect that go far beyond traditional consulting activities.
Strengthening the Mission
For our clients in homeland security, law enforcement, and emergency management, this culture of service translates to a more empathetic and mission-driven workforce with strong relationships. By identifying pro bono opportunities and deepening ties within these critical sectors, Arc Aspicio consultants gain a unique perspective on the missions they support, insight they directly apply to solving complex challenges for clients.
At Arc Aspicio, serving the country starts locally in our community. Community Involvement builds stronger relationships and problem-solving skills so we can collaborate with clients to deliver solutions to mission challenges.
