Building Stronger Communities

Giving back to the community has been a core part of Arc Aspicio’s mission for the past 15 years, embedded in our strategy and led by our dedicated Community Involvement Lead. Arc Aspicio launched its first community partnership in 2009 with the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation and sponsored its first search dog team in 2011. That partnership remains a cornerstone of our effort to give back, with Arc Aspicio sponsoring its eleventh search dog team, Raya and Austin, in July 2025. This milestone represents more than a donation; it reflects a company culture that views service not as a checkbox, but as a professional responsibility.

The Search Dog Foundation is just one example of how we demonstrate our commitment to giving back. Arc Aspicio maintains year-round community partnerships and dedicated leadership for engagement efforts, creating a bridge between the consulting world and the members of the public our Federal clients serve every day. Employees receive eight hours of paid volunteer time annually, which they can use to support company-organized initiatives or causes important to them. Our Community Involvement Strategy establishes coordination procedures for group events and supporting pro bono work in mission areas such as homeland security, combating human trafficking, and strengthening emergency management.

In 2025, we supported nine organizations, including Women Giving Back, the Humane Rescue Alliance, and hosted several employee engagement events, such as wreath-laying at the Arlington National Cemetery. Our partnership with the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation also continues to grow, with six events held throughout 2025 and our team raising more than $3,000 in support of the organization. At Arc Aspicio, serving the country starts in our local communities. Community involvement strengthens relationships and sharpens problem-solving skills, enabling us to better collaborate with clients and deliver solutions for complex mission challenges.
