Our Story: Persistence in Solving Complex Mission Challenges Makes Us Different

At Arc Aspicio, our people have a relentless desire to help our clients accomplish their mission. That is the primary reason we focus on homeland security. Our people find meaning in the work our client’s do.

Our work, which spans across the Department of Homeland Security, all stems from this one root: our client’s mission is our passion. This passion gives us the unique ability to be persistent in solving complex problems, developing compelling strategies, and designing innovative solutions that produce lasting results for our clients and help achieve their mission.

Whether combating human trafficking, or helping build a resilient nation, our clients’ missions are complex and difficult. For us, these challenges are opportunities for our people to apply their skillsets and capabilities while supporting the mission. From the first day on a project, we immerse ourselves into the fabric of our clients’ sites. This allows us to instantly be a collaborative partner. Our dedication to our clients’ missions produces our best work because we care deeply about the outcomes, products, and solutions that will bring success.

But our teams don’t pigeonhole us into just one passion. Our leadership encourages employees to explore new and challenging additional areas of focus and develop knowledge and interests beyond our current roles or client needs. Whether its setting personal moonshots or getting involved in company strategy, Arc Aspicio allows us to chase our future and interests. My personal journey is evidence of that, as my passion centers in the criminal justice space, and more directly in providing support to law enforcement agencies in their effort to combat human trafficking through analytics and technology. I am now leading our Justice account, helping to select projects that are my personal passion.

I also began to develop an interest and passion for how analytics and technology could further support hazard risk awareness and resiliency. Arc Aspicio acknowledged my interests, supported my drive to further develop my skillsets to be successful in both fields, and supported my pursuit to work both areas. As a result, I am lucky enough to work on two projects that spark my passion. For my clients, it means they have a dedicated and passionate team member with the right skillsets to help them meet their mission regardless of the challenge.

My story is not an exception at Arc Aspicio, it’s the rule. Arc Aspicio knows and believes that the key to being successful is aligning our people and their passions with our client missions. Not only does this result in the best outcomes for our clients, but it also allows our people to help shape the future of our world, every day.
