Virginia Business Ranks Arc Aspicio a 2015 Best Place to Work

Arlington, VA, January 5, 2015 – Arc Aspicio has been named one of the 2015 Best Places to Work by Virginia Business magazine and Best Companies Group. The annual list finds and recognizes the top 100 employers in the state of Virginia.

To be named to the list, Best Companies Group conducts a thorough two-part company assessment, gathering detailed data about each participating company. In part one the employer completes a detailed questionnaire and in part two employees of the company complete an employee satisfaction and engagement survey.

Identifying, growing, and recognizing talented employees is one of Arc Aspicio’s five top strategic priorities. The Talent Manager, Jackie Meredith, leads a team that thinks of employees’ development, satisfaction, and career with the company from the minute they join. Each project has an assigned Talent Specialist that supports the full talent lifecycle, beginning with staffing and recruiting.

“We are extremely proud to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia,” said Meredith. “Arc Aspicio has always emphasized the development and growth of our people from the moment they join the company. We want our employees to have long, rewarding careers where they build skills, grow as leaders, and make an impact on the mission of homeland security and each other.”

In 2013, the Talent team achieved a 97% retention rate. In our 2014 internal employee survey, employees rated our people as their favorite thing about the company. The company attracted thousands of applications in 2014 and conducted more than 1,000 initial interviews.

Arc Aspicio will appear in the February issue of Virginia Business Magazine alongside the other winners. For more information about Arc Aspicio, please visit our website at www.arcaspicio.com
