Experience

Tim Faulkner is a seasoned consultant with 30 years of strategic and operational management consulting and project management experience with Federal Government and global telecommunications clients. He focuses on providing human capital, data analytics, change management, and information technology (IT) governance and IT strategic planning support for Federal homeland security and law enforcement agencies.

Tim also has expertise in data analytics, integration, and portfolio management. He leads teams and Government clients to converge strategic planning and operations, aligning day-to-day activities with organizational priorities. Tim also leads Arc Aspicio’s new business function, focusing on strategic areas of growth for the company.

Prior to joining Arc Aspicio, Tim was a Business Unit Director for Immigration Programs for Dynamics Research Corporation’s Homeland Security Solutions Division.

Tim is a Director at Arc Aspicio with over 20 years of experience in public and private sector management consulting, focusing on commercial consulting for telecommunications companies (both wireline and wireless) before transitioning to government consulting ten years ago. For the past six years, his focus has been exclusively on the Department of Homeland Security, supporting programs for CBP, USCIS, TSA, ICE, and DHS HQ. His areas of expertise include program/ project management, strategic planning, knowledge management, capital planning and investment control, communications/ change management, and performance management. Tim graduated with a BA in American History and an MA in Early Modern European History from UVA.
