Experience

Rob O’Keefe is a technology thought leader with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering innovative solutions for the Government and Fortune 500 corporations. Rob has led large modernization programs across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other Federal agencies. He brings expertise in IT strategy, technology transformation, data analytics and visualization, design thinking, and integration to clients facing complex change and transformation management efforts. 

Rob loves exploring how advanced technology can solve current mission challenges. He applies his experience and certifications in bitcoin, agile, ITIL, and project management.

Before joining Arc Aspicio, Rob was a Partner at Accenture and was responsible for transforming Government citizen services with customer portals, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions, and enterprise systems.
