Helios HR honored the company for the third year in a row as a finalist in the Apollo Awards. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce awarded the Blue Ribbon award to the company in 2006, 2007, and 2008. The company was also honored in Washingtonian Magazine's 2007 "Great Places to Work" edition.
In 2008, Arc Aspicio made a significant investment in a Mission Training program. This unique program provides an intensive curriculum that allows employees to develop homeland security knowledge and promotes research into emerging trends. In March 2009, Arc Aspicio employee Kristin Melia researched and published a white paper called DNA: The Code for Unlocking Identity at our Borders as part of the program.
