Maryanne Waller is our Director of Talent and Operations. Maryanne focuses on the full lifecycle of an employee from the time they are a candidate in the recruiting process, through orientation, and throughout career development. Maryanne joined Arc Aspicio in 2009. Previously, she worked at one of the world’s largest consulting, technology, and outsourcing companies. Maryanne started her career as a consultant, but her passion for people led her to become a human resources professional. Maryanne's remarkable commitment to employee development and continuous learning helped Arc Aspicio win the 2009 Helios HR Apollo Award in the emerging companies category. The company had previously been a finalist in 2007 and 2008. After our 2009 win, Maryanne was invited to be a judge for the 2010 awards.
