Jackie Meredith is a dedicated talent manager with experience in all aspects of human resources, recruiting, and corporate operations. She focuses on company culture, performance management, and ethics. She has experience developing and successfully implementing company-wide Talent Strategies.
Jackie’s experience includes leading human resources, talent, and culture, strategic planning, and training, professional development, and mentoring for all employees. Jackie oversees recruiting from sourcing through orientation and manages the company’s total rewards program. She conducts supervisor training, new joiner training, and annual ethics training on our code of conduct.
Jackie constantly enhances the company’s commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining high quality talent around a shared culture and to evolving our Ethics and Compliance Program to exceed industry standards.
