Experience
Kasey Congdon has more than 15 years experience providing management and technology solutions to the Federal government. She has full project management lifecycle experience within the Department of Homeland Security, and has supported the Transportation Security Administration and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Her experience has included business process redesign, program metrics and service level baseline and tracking, complex requirements analysis and management, and COTS implementations. Kasey also has experience with multi-agency initiatives, such as the Federal Human Resources (HR) Line of Business and the consolidation of HR systems within DHS. She enjoys using industry standards and methodologies to solve problems for her clients.
