Experience
Barb White brings more than 16 years experience of providing technology and management consulting experience to deliver innovative business solutions to Government and private sector clients. A PMP-certified Program Manager, Barb leads Arc Aspicio’s Immigration portfolio and is responsible for quality delivery to all projects and clients in that mission area. Before joining the company, Barb spent more than 10 years with Accenture, managing new systems implementations and organizational change programs during mergers and acquisitions. On large programs, Barb has established management processes within an overall governance model to improve communication, facilitate decision-making, and meet project schedule milestones and budget goals. Barb is committed to providing effective and innovative solutions for clients and creating an environment of continuous learning and leadership development for her team.
