The Homeland Security Generation

Matt Wilson, a research intern with Arc Aspicio, wrote a blog on our website earlier this month. He was 11 when the Twin Towers fell.

Matt is part of the homeland security generation... those that grew up and remember almost nothing other than a nation that faces challenges protecting borders, securing our transportation network, transforming emergency management, and modernizing our immigration system.

I am inspired by this generation – they show a tremendous dedication to Government service and to solving our nation’s most difficult homeland security problems.

I share the passion for the mission, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit that tells me that nothing is impossible.  I recently appeared on Executive Leaders Radio. It was a really interesting experience, focused more on my personal roots and how it led to me founding Arc Aspicio in 2004.
