Orientation
All new employees go through an orientation program led by the Talent and Operations Team to receive an overview of policies and procedures. Orientation also includes a new employee lunch hosted by an Arc Aspicio executive.
"We are not just in the Homeland Security business. We are in the talent business."
—Maryanne Waller, Director of Talent and Operations
Our goal is to attract and retain the best people, so we can be a great place to work and deliver outstanding services to our clients. We make intelligent investments to provide employees a flexible and dynamic workplace where they can do stimulating work in a continuous learning environment. Arc Aspicio offers a robust total rewards package which includes competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and a formal professional development program anchored by Mission Training and our Career Model. Our benefits program, including the quality of our medical and dental program and our generous 401K plan, are comparable with many of the large, high value consulting firms. We regularly review our benefits program to adapt as our company grows and to remain market relevant.
Arc Aspicio is committed to a continuous learning environment that combines project-based training with formal training to develop each employee's skills and leadership ability. Mission Training provides customized training in homeland security and client delivery. The three-phased program is tailored to an individual’s background, interests, and role and runs in parallel to an employee’s project responsibilities. The program allows employees to develop homeland security knowledge and promotes research into emerging trends.
