Code of Conduct

Code
Of
Conduct

Our commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and fair dealing is at the core of its business practice. All Company officers, employees, and consultants are expected to maintain high ethical standards and to comply fully with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Code of Conduct provides guidance to all officers, employees, and consultants to carry out this commitment in day-to-day business dealings. Every employee and subcontractor signs the Code of Conduct upon hiring and re-signs annually to ensure complete understanding and compliance with Arc Aspicio’s ethical principles.

  • Standards of Conduct and Professionalism – We expect all officers, employees, and subcontractors to maintain certain standards of ethical professional behavior and conduct. In all dealings with the public and with each other, all company staff and subcontractors are expected to respect the dignity of each individual and to perform their duties with the highest degree of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and dedication to the best interests of the Company. This includes sections on Anti-Harassment, Equal Opportunity, Confidentiality, Non-Competition, and Intellectual Property Rights.
  • Working with the Federal Government – Our business practice focuses on providing services to Federal Government agencies, Government prime contractors, or higher tier subcontractors whose services are ultimately provided to the Government. Working in the Government marketplace requires companies to abide by certain rules and regulations not generally applicable in the commercial realm. Specific areas include conflicts of interest, bribery and corruption, antitrust, confidentiality, time reporting and compliance.
  • Duty to Report and Ethics Hotline– It is the duty of every employee and subcontractor to report any violation of the Code of Conduct or any Federal regulation. To safeguard the ability of an employee to report violations, Arc Aspicio provides various confidential methods of reporting ethical violations and asking questions. Our company also ensures that no retaliation or retribution will be taken for reporting an ethics violation. If any employee in any way discriminates against an employee for reporting a matter, they will be subject to disciplinary action.
